EPG updates periodically. Wait a few hours after initial setup. Check portal settings for EPG URL if separate.

Which MAG model should I buy?
For 4K content, we recommend MAG 520 or 524. For HD content on a budget, MAG 322 is excellent. Avoid buying used MAG 250 as it's outdated.
Do I need a MAC address?
Yes, your MAG box's MAC address is used for authentication. You'll provide this when subscribing, and we'll authorize your device.
Can I use MAG box outside the US?
Yes! MAG boxes work worldwide. As long as you have internet access, you can watch from any country.
WiFi or Ethernet - which is better?
